Where The Rebuilds Are
Ocean City runs one of the busiest knock down and rebuild markets at the shore, and the demolition half of that work is what we do.
Ocean City lots are narrow, deep, and close together. On most blocks the neighbors sit within a few feet, the front step meets a public sidewalk, and there is no side yard to stage anything in. That shapes the whole job: where the machine sits, which direction material gets pulled, and how the sidewalk stays usable while the work runs.
The island's older cottages and duplexes are steadily giving way to new construction, and a teardown here has to end with the lot genuinely ready: foundation out, debris gone, grade clean for the builder's surveyor. Bay side and lagoon properties add access and bulkhead questions that get answered on the walkthrough, not discovered mid job.
