Where The Causeway Lands
Everything that comes onto Long Beach Island arrives through Ship Bottom. The Route 72 causeway lands here, which makes it the easiest town on the island to get equipment into and debris out of, and the hardest one to work in during a summer weekend.
The borough runs a real mix: year round homes, rentals, and commercial frontage along the boulevard. That variety means the work ranges from full teardowns to interior strip outs to garage and concrete removal, often on lots with more traffic passing them than anywhere else on the island.
